The trades were never a career choice for Ryan, they were the family language. His dad and uncle built an HVAC company from the ground up, and growing up in that house meant dinner conversations ran from load calculations to duct runs to whatever a subcontractor had missed before the drywall went up. A job site felt like home long before he ever drew a paycheck on one.
Carpentry came next, through family connections who ran a custom carpentry operation and needed someone willing to learn the work the right way. Ryan was. Years on those crews turned an apprenticeship into a craft, and eventually into a business of his own. Today he runs Ward Renovation Solutions as a general contractor, managing the full scope of a project from the first walk-through to the final punch list.
