Proposal

Scope

1. Demolition & Preparation
- Remove existing carpet and padding throughout the 20' × 20' area (~400 SF)
- Remove tack strips, fasteners, and debris
- Dispose of all materials off-site
- Prepare subfloor for new installation
2. Floor System Installation
- Install pressure-treated wood sleeper system across entire floor area
- Level and shim system to create a consistent, even floor height
- Install rigid foam insulation between sleepers
- Double-layer subfloor: 3/4" T&G plywood + 1/2" plywood, staggered & secured
3. Sliding Door Replacement
- Remove and dispose of existing sliding glass door
- Install new 60" vinyl sliding glass door (Pella 150 Series or equivalent)
- Install proper flashing, insulation, and sealing
- Adjust and test door for smooth operation
4. Exterior Brick Work
- Install one course of brick below new sliding door
- Match existing exterior brick and mortar
- Ensure proper integration with door threshold and drainage
5. Final Cleanup
- Remove all debris and construction materials
- Final walkthrough to ensure quality and satisfaction
